The man accused of holding six people hostage at a Hillary Clinton campaign office was convicted of rape in Worcester in 1985, escaped from prison a year later, and raped again, a prosecutor said today at a bail hearing.

GEORGETOWN, N.C. -- The search is back on for a missing boater near Georgetown, S.C. The Coast Guard had suspended its search on Winyah Bay for a man whose empty boat was found late Saturday night after he failed to return to shore as planned.
